TCS was founded in 1997 by a team of senior logisticians with expertise and experience in cataloguing, integrated logistics support and parts management. Our team has helped the Taiwan military in a variety of logistics and cataloguing projects in accordance with NATO and US federal cataloguing standards.

In Taiwan, all items used by the Armed Forces will have an NSN allocated. It is therefore a prerequisite of any supply contract that equipment and associated spare parts are codified, given an NSN, prior to the delivery to the users.

There is not a focal organization within the Taiwan government to conduct codification. TCS is the few to provide codification services and support to the Taiwan Armed Forces since 1997. Our role is to serve as a national codification center to create, review and maintain millions of NSN records, identifying and describing items of equipment used by the Taiwan armed services.

Our primary aim as a professional National Codification Contractor is to support Taiwan armed forces in their goal to supply customers with accurate and timely delivery of NSNs, thus becoming “The leading supplier of National Codification and associated services in Taiwan”.
